بررسی فیتوشیمیایی گیاه scutellaria luteo-caerulea bornm. & snit از منظقه تفتان

در این مطالعه، برای اولین بار بررسی فیتوشیمیایی گیاه .scutellaria luteo-caerulea bornm. & snit انجام شد. اسانس قسمتهای هوایی این گیاه با استفاده از تقطیر ساده نوع کلونجر استخراج و با دستگاه gc/ms آنالیز شد. آنالیز دستگاهی 97 ترکیب که 89/394% کل اسانس بود را نشان داد. مهمترین ترکیبات اسانس این گونه ترانس کاریوفیلن (24/8 %)، گرماسرن-d ( 7/9%)، لینالول (7/4%)، آلفا-هومولن (4/9%)، پاچولن ( 4/7%) و کاریوفیلن اکساید (3/8%) می باشد. غلظت عناصر معدنی این گونه نیز تعیین شد. در این قسمت از کار آماده سازی نمونه به روش هضم با مایکرویو و جذب عناصر کلسیم، سدیم، پتاسیم، منیزیم، منگنز، کروم و آهن با دستگاه اسپکتروسکوپی جذب اتمی صورت گرفت وغلظت آنها اندازه گیری شد که بیشترین غلظت مربوط به کلسیم و پتاسیم بود. فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره های مختلف این گیاه نیز با سه روش dpph، ?-carotene/linoleic acid و frap اندازه گیری شد که در مقایسه با آنتی اکسیدان سنتزی bht فعالیت خوبی از خود نشان نمی دهد. همچنین فعالیت ضد میکروبی عصاره های مختلف آن در مقابل 21 باکتری بررسی شد که باکتری pseudomonas aeruginosa بیشترین حساسیت را در مقابل عصاره ها داشت.
